1. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement
or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to repair or replacement
if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Orders & Payment
Full payment is required prior to delivery unless agreed in writing. Deposits for custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable for
change of mind. Title remains with the Company until paid in full.
3. Custom Products
Custom sizes, split firmness configurations or modified builds cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, subject to ACL
rights.
4. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only. Customer must ensure safe access. Redelivery fees may apply. Risk passes on delivery.
5. Change of Mind
No refunds for change of mind. Exchanges or credits may be offered at discretion. ACL rights apply.
6. Ergolife Comfort Exchange & Happiness Guarantee
Applies to Ergolife mattresses only. A mattress protector must be purchased in the same transaction and used at all times. Exchanges
cannot occur within the first 30 nights to allow body adjustment and comfort layer settlement. One exchange may be requested within a
total of 60 nights from delivery, provided the mattress is free from stains, damage or misuse. Service or delivery fees may apply. This is
in addition to ACL rights.
7. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply in addition to ACL. Excludes normal wear, misuse, improper base, commercial use (unless specified) or
staining.
8. Electrical Products
Must be used as instructed. Damage from power surges or unauthorised repairs excluded unless required by ACL.
9. Liability
Liability limited to repair, replacement or refund as required under ACL. No indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia
